Generally, the term "Estate" is applied to the most expensive housing market on the south-coast. Over forty-five years of appraisal experience has included a large number of real estate appraisal assignments in this segment of the market.

The Estate housing market is generally made up of larger, custom built residences on acreage sites with one or more amenities which may include swimming pool, tennis court, guest units, etc. In addition these homes vary in age with older homes, competitive or more so, with newer residences depending upon style, condition and historical significance. As a real estate appraiser with my years of appraising in this market gives me an insight that only comes with experience.
