Over 45 years of real estate appraisal services has included appraisal assignments involving matters of litigation.

This type of appraisal service includes completing assignments for divorces, family disputes, partnership buy-outs, etc. Appraisals completed for these purposes cover a wide range of home price levels, for apartments and commercial properties.

In some cases, a historical date of value may be requested; I have completed assignments in which a 20 year old date of value is needed.

My experience has included expert witness deposition testimony as well trial testimony in Superior Court and Bankruptcy Courts in California and Texas.
